emptytrunks Delivery Notifications is the SMS program for emptytrunks. Sign up below to get delivery updates on your phone. Texts are optional, and you can still use emptytrunks without them.
What we send
- Customers: order confirmations, pickup and delivery status, estimated arrival times, proof-of-delivery notices, and one-time verification codes.
- Drivers: job offers, dispatch assignments, pickup and drop-off details, and schedule changes.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Sample messages
emptytrunks: Your order #4821 is confirmed. Pickup from Main St Market is scheduled for 2:00–4:00 PM today. Reply STOP to opt out.
emptytrunks: Your driver has picked up order #4821 and should arrive in about 20 min. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
emptytrunks: New Express job near you. Pickup 3:15 PM, 4.2 km trip. Open the driver app to accept. Reply STOP to opt out.

Can I get updates by email instead?
Yes. Leave the box unchecked when you sign up. If you already get texts, reply STOP and email info@emptytrunks.com to switch.
Do texts cost anything?
emptytrunks doesn't charge for texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
